Jim Carrey DVD

DVD menu for my final project in Audio/Visual Techniques. This is just the DVD menu. Poster, Flash web site, DVD insert, DVD Label, DVD case cover coming soon.

Created in Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended.

Lettering in the title created by me. I know it's highly pixelated because the letters were created from a scanned sketch that was made on the back of a pad a paper and drawn with a permanent marker. I attempted to create the lettering in Adobe Illustrator, but I have CS4, and as some of you know, Adobe's products are not backwards compatible.

I went with a look from his time on the show [i]In Living Color[/i], when he was know as "The White Guy". So it's supposed to be loud, gaudy, and vivid. In a way, I think the pixelation of the lettering works with what is going on.

Also, the clicky buttons are his eyebrows.
